*Will the Minister for Agriculture be pleased to state:

1. the year-wise details of the total number of vegetable farmers in Pernem Constituency with their names and addresses, the type of vegetables cultivated by these farmers, the quantity of vegetables produced and supplied to the Horticulture Department or Goa State Horticulture Corporation for last 3 years;
2. the year-wise details of the income earned by the vegetable farmers in last 3 years in Pernem Constituency such as the amount received by these farmers for their supply to the Horticulture Department or Corporation, the details of the mode of payment and any pending dues if any and whether there has been any change in procurement rates in the last 3 years; if so, the details thereof;
3. the details of the Government schemes, subsidies or benefits availed by the vegetable farmers in Pernem Constituency such as the details of subsidies or financial assistance received by these farmers under any Government schemes, whether training, seeds, fertilisers or equipment support has been provided; if so, the farmer-wise details thereof; and
4. whether the Government has any proposal to provide additional support to vegetable farmers in Pernem Constituency; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Public Works be pleased to state: 

1. whether any new PWD development works  are proposed or sanctioned in Pernem Constituency;
2. if so, the details of each proposed work with estimated cost;
3. the details of each sanctioned work with estimated cost  and the time of execution;
4. whether any tenders have been issued or work orders awarded; if so, the details thereof; and
5. whether the department has taken suggestions from local bodies or elected representatives while planning these works?

*WILL the Minister for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship be pleased to state:

1. the number of Skill Development Training Programmes currently being run by the Department across the State including the number of participants enrolled;
2. the sectors or industries targeted for skill development and the types of courses offered; and
3. whether there are any partnerships with private institutions or companies for training and placement; if so, furnish details? 

*WILL the Minister for Civil Aviation be pleased to state:

1. the number of shops, outlets, or any other commercial establishments currently operating at Mopa Airport with details such as the type of business each establishment is engaged in; the name and address of the owner of each shop/outlet; whether the shops/outlets are owned or taken on rent/lease and if on rent, the details of the leaseholder/licensee;
2. the process followed for allotment or leasing of these commercial spaces at Mopa Airport; whether public tender or direct allotment was done; the criteria considered while selecting or approving the applicants; the revenue earned by the Government or Airport Authority from such commercial establishments;
3. whether there is any monitoring mechanism in place to ensure compliance with the terms of lease/license;
4. if so, details of inspections carried out and findings, if any;  and
5. whether any shop/outlet has violated the lease terms or business conditions; the action taken by the authorities against such violations, if any?

 *Will the minister for Labour and Employment be pleased to state:

1. the details of industries, hotels, commercial establishments and infrastructure projects providing employment in Pernem Constituency with the list of industries, hotels, commercial establishments and infrastructure projects operating or coming up in Pernem Constituency along with the number of locals employed in each of these projects or establishments and whether there is any provision or agreement for local employment preference in such projects;
2. the steps  taken by the Government to promote employment in Pernem constituency with details of the Government run skill development, training or self- employment schemes implemented in the constituency and the number of beneficiaries under such schemes in last 3 years; and
3. whether there is any proposal to set up industrial estates, training centres or employment hubs in Pernem Constituency, if so, the details thereof?
