Goa Legislative Assembly

*WILL the Minister for New and Renewable Energy be pleased to state:

1. the details of rooftop Solar Power projects installed on Government-owned buildings across the State from 2021 till date;
      i) Department-wise and building-wise details thereof; 
      ii) the total installed capacity under such projects;
2. the year-wise expenditure incurred on installation of rooftop solar systems on Government buildings since January 2021 till date;
3. the quantum of electricity generated through rooftop solar installations on Government buildings, year-wise; and the reduction in electricity expenditure achieved as a result thereof; 
4. whether the Government has identified additional Government buildings for installation of rooftop solar systems; and
5. if so, the details thereof, including proposed capacity and timeline; if not, the reasons therefor?

*WILL the Minister for Education be pleased to state:

1. the year-wise details of the number of students who have appeared, passed and failed in the Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) conducted by the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education during the last five academic years; with details such as:
      (i) the overall pass percentage for each year; 
      (ii) the classification of results (Distinction, First Class, Second Class and Pass Class), year-wise; and
2. the comparative data of the above details between Government Schools and Grant-in-Aid Schools, year-wise?

Will the Minister for Power be pleased to state:

a. the total number of works carried out by the Power department from 1st Jan 2022 till date in Siolim Constituency, with details such as name of the work, cost of the work, and status of the work; and
b. the total number of pending works since 2022 to date in Siolim Constituency, with details thereof and the reasons for pendency?

WILL the Minister for Revenue be pleased to state: 

1. the measures taken by the  Department to safeguard Communidade land across Goa;
2. whether  land-grabbing cases in Assagao Communidade and Anjuna Communidade has been brought to the notice of the Department or the Administrator of the Communidade office in North Goa; if so, the details such as the name of the Complainant, the Village name, the Survey number, and the name of the person who has done illegal Activities; and
3. whether  the Department has a section to curb the illegalities taking place in the Communidade land? 

WILL the Minister for Revenue  be pleased to state:

1. the details of the Flying Squad deployed at North Goa / South Goa Collectors Office, indicating Name of Staff and designation, total number of vehicles available with the Department, and other facilities provided;
2. details of legal/technical experts attached to the Squad while going for inspection; and
3. furnish details of complaints received on illegal hill cutting and illegal land filling received by the Flying squads in Goa from 01-01-22 till date, with details such as name and address, dates of complaints, nature of complaints and action taken by flying squads in regard to each such complaint from Siolim Constituency?
