*Will the Minister for Panchayati Raj be pleased to state:

a) whether any requisition or petition has been received by the Panchayat with regards to insufficient grants of Waste Management; and
b) if so, the efforts made by the department to raise its funds?

*Will the Minister for Arts and Culture be pleased to state whether the Government has any plans in making Cultural festivals exclusive in Saligao Constituency for its artistic importance?

WILL the Minister of Transport be pleased to state:

a. furnish year-wise details of the various types of taxis operating within the State in the last 4 years along with the type of taxi, name of owner, address of owner, M.V. Number, model of taxi, date of registration, permit details, validity of permit, permissible area of operation and present area of operation of the taxi, details of any complaints filed against the taxi, accidents reported on the taxi, action taken report and present status  as on date;

b. furnish year-wise details of all Rent-A-Cabs (04 Wheelers) operating within the State  in the last 4 years along with the M.V. number, name of owner, address of owner, type of vehicle, model of vehicle, date of registration, permit details, validity of permit, the number of times the vehicle was rented to Non-Goans and Goans, complaints filed against the vehicle, action taken report and present status of the vehicle as on date;

c. furnish year-wise details of all Rent-A-Cabs (02 Wheelers) operating within the State in the last 4 years along with the M.V. Number, name of owner, address of owner, type of vehicle, model of vehicle, date of registration, permit details, validity of permit, number of times the vehicle was rented to Non-Goans and Goans, complaints filed against the vehicle, action taken report and present status of the vehicle as on date;

d. furnish year-wise details of all Rent-A-Cabs that have been involved in any kind of accidents in the last 5 years along with the M.V. Number, name of owner, address of owner, name of the driver, drivers address, cause of accident, case number, injuries/death caused by accidents, police station details, date and time of accident;

e. furnish details of all taxi operators in the State with their name, address, type of vehicle, model of vehicle, date of license to operate taxi, date of last renewal, M.V. number, details of all criminal records, whether police verification was done, complaint filed on the taxi driver till date, action taken report on the same and the present status of the driver as on date; and

f. whether there is any provision for badges to be assigned to Taxi Drivers in the State, if so, furnish details of all badges issued, pending and rejected to all taxi drivers with their name, address, type of vehicle, M.V. number, model of vehicle, date of license to operate taxi, date of last renewal, copy of application made by driver, copy of all annexing documents submitted by the driver, details of criminal records/ police verification done as on date, if not, the reasons thereof?

WILL the Minister for Transport be pleased to state:

a. furnish Taluka-wise and Constituency-wise details of the Buses allotted to various Schools, Colleges and other Educational institutions in the State along with name of the institution, address, number of buses allotted, route of the bus, number of stops, type of bus, registration number, date of allotment of bus to the institution, sitting/standing capacity of the bus and present status of the bus as on date;

b. furnish Taluka-wise details of all applications received for allotment of bus in North Goa District with name of the applicant, purpose of bus allotment, type of bus requested, type of bus allotted, registration number of bus, sitting/standing capacity, present usage of the bus, number of stops, present status of the application as on date and reasons for non-allotment of bus as on date;

c. furnish the details of all buses under the control of the Corporation as on date along with the registration number of the bus, type of bus, present usage, route covered, sitting/standing capacity, bus parking area, date of manufacture, reasons for non-use of the bus;

d. furnish Constituency-wise details of all internal bus routes operating within Bardez Taluka along with the registration number of the bus, type of bus, present usage, route covered, sitting/standing capacity, bus parking area, date of manufacture and present status of the same thereof; and

e. furnish Constituency-wise details all applications/requests received, pending and rejected for operation of buses within Bardez Taluka in the last 3 years along with copy of the application, name and address of applicant, type of route, purpose of application/request, type of passengers (students/senior citizens/others), sitting/standing capacity, status as on date?

WILL the Minister for Panchayati Raj be pleased to state:

a. furnish the Taluka-wise and Village-wise details of all Hoardings/Billboards in the State as on date, with the following details in a Tabular Form as i) particulars of the Hoardings/Billboards; ii) name of the owner of the Hoardings/Billboard; iii) location of the Hoardings/Billboards; iv) size of the Hoarding/Billboard; v) details of land/property where the Hoarding/Billboard is installed; vi) details of permissions issued by the Authorities; vii) date of erection of the Hoarding/Billboard; viii) validity of the permissions issued by the Authorities; ix) fees paid from the date of Installation of the Hoardings/Billboards till date; x) fees pending to be paid as on date, along with action taken on such pending payments;

b. furnish Taluka-wise and village-wise details of all cases relating to Hoardings/ Billboards pending in all courts/quasi judicial authorities/other authorities as on date along with the details of the hoardings/ billboards, details of the case, details of the Court/quasi-judicial authority/other authority before whom the matter is pending, date of filing of the case and present status of the case; and

c. furnish Taluka-wise and village-wise details of all hoardings/billboards which have been removed/ demolished or covered in the last 3 years along with the details of the hoarding, location, name of owner, details of permission, details of order issued for removing/demolishing/covering the billboard, compliance status of the order, size of hoarding, location, fine levied on the owner/agency, complaint filed if any and present status of the hoarding as on date?
